Amelia's Paris/Princess Birthday Party By A Blissful Nest!

Finally, done editing these pictures and so happy to show you. Amelia is one of Lauren's little friends and she is such a doll- seriously just look at her!

The other weekend I had the pleasure of creating and styling a Paris/Princess Soiree for Miss Amelia who was turning the big 2!! Her mom Sarah and I had decided on a hot pink and pewter grey with black/white accents as the color scheme.

I have been dying to use this picture frame from Ikea (which is getting recycled for Lauren's big girl room!) and personalized it with an Eiffel Tower and Amelia's name to hang above her dessert table.

The cake was made by her husband's coworker's wife. The top of the cake is actually made out of rice krispie treats! The sweet banner in the front reads Happy Birthday Amelia in French and on the reverse side is in English- too cute!

Sarah made the yummy cupcakes and macaroons, meringues, m&m's, and raspberry hershey kisses were the other goodies. Silver scoops were added to the jars to make it easy to grab a hand full.

Sarah had found the most darling dress at Baby Gap for Amelia to wear and we added a gorgeous headband from Gracylu Originals.

I thought it a cute idea to do scalloped glitter punched bunting on a strand of baby pearls to adorn the front of the table. This is so easy to do and it almost looks like necklaces (at least that was what the little ones wanted to do with them!!).

So I hope you enjoy Amelia's Paris Soiree and all the party items are in the SHOP as well as for the first time a complete party package listing!!

This is my last post for the week as I mentioned the other day Friday will be in observance of the disaster in Japan. I will however be facebooking and twittering while I am at Bloggy Bootcamp this weekend! So you can get the scoop of what your favorite party girls are up to as we all meet each other for the first time!! YEAH!! So excited! Have a great weekend everyone!
