{BN's Black Book}- A Girly Halloween Party!

This party was done by 2 of my favorite girls! Nancy from A to Zebra Celebrations and Rebecca from Fresh Chick Design. Nancy did a spooky girly party for her girls and their friends. She is always such an attention to detail party planner and I LOVE that about her. Take a look:
