Heavenly Easter Egg Hunt Party!!

I am dying to share this with you all. I had some friends take some "professional" photos but I just couldn't wait to get those from them. This weekend we went to the most FABULOUS egg hunt ever seen! My good friend Gwynn is the most amazing party host and she always out does herself and this was no exception. Please just die along with me on all the details!!

First of all because all our little ones are too small to really enjoy a candy bar, Gwynn made a toy bar. Canisters were filled with bunny bubbles, toy tops, birdie whistles, rubber duckies (dressed as bunnies and eggs!), stuffed animal bunnies in a basket, blue and pink bunny straws, Easter stamps, bunny finger puppets, and a basket full of bunny ears for the kids to wear. She even had white wicker baskets lined with soft blue, yellow, or pink fabric for each kid to go hunting with!!
Each little one was able to retrieve eggs - strategically placed!- that was filled with goldfish crackers, cheerios, and cracker teddy bears.
(my little one ready to go with her basket)
The back yard had large and small lanterns hung from the trees and there was also a great breakfast bar to be had. The breakfast bar had a yummy hot omelet, an assortment of cheeses and breads, bagels, cream cheese (and a toaster!), a tower of donuts, carrot cake cupcake (I baked those!) and fresh squeezed orange juice and lemonade.
And I didn't get a chance to gush about her gorgeous backyard and sweet setting for the kids to play in. She lined all the flower beds with pinwheels and had an adorable new house for the kids to play in. Blankets were strewn across the lawn for us to lay out and watch our children play. I could have stayed there forever! And that ladies is a PERFECT hostess!!
My little one pooped out with her daddy!
