Camdyn's Candyland Party

 First off I have to tell you what a beautiful person Shalonda of Chubby Cheek Photography is. She is sweet, generous, and so unbelievably funny. And yes I do not know her but feel like I have known her forever as I have only talked with her through email. Shalonda is an amazing photographer and you may have remembered this post on Camdyn winning 2nd place in the Adorable Birthday Girl Contest . Anyway, Shalonda contacted me through my etsy shop to do cupcake toppers and stickers for her daughter's birthday party. I felt so honored as she said she had really shopped to find me. How sweet! She has a amazing eye for detail and she knew exactly what she wanted and I love that!! Do you see the gingerbread men hanging from the tree?? Shalonda made them out of foam and there were 2 douzen of them. It is to represent the begining of the candyland game.  There was a chocolate fountain that sat on the edge of her bar and she put brown fabric underneath it and cut it all curvy along the edge so it "flowed" the length of the bar, with the dipper platter along the way. Boy did she think of everything! She even decorated the guest bathroom as the peppermint forest. It had everything from several jars of peppermints, peppermint hand soap, red and white striped hand towels and peppermint room spray. She also had a bucket of toothbrushes at the door so that guests could take a toothbrush "to clean their sweet tooth" Okay seriously!
